Shinsegae 礼品卡

Shinsegae gift cards can be used both online and offline only after being exchanged for a physical (paper) gift certificate.

In Store

1. First, exchange the digital gift card for a paper gift certificate at a kiosk located in Shinsegae Department Stores or E-Mart stores nationwide.
2. After exchanging for a paper gift certificate it can be used at Shinsegae Department Store, E-Mart, Traders, and Starfield.

Online

1. First, exchange the digital gift card for a paper gift certificate at a kiosk located in Shinsegae Department Stores or E-Mart stores nationwide.
2. Go to SSG.COM（https://www.ssg.com/）→ MY SSG → SSG MONEY
3. Select “Convert Gift Certificate”
4. Enter the gift certificate number (16 digits) and PIN number (8 digits)
5. The paper gift certificate amount will be converted into SSG Money and can be used for online purchases

Shinsegae Gift Card can be exchanged for a paper gift certificate at any Shinsegae Department Store, Gift Certificate Shop or E-Mart Gift Certificate Shop, and can then be used at affiliated stores such as Shinsegae Department Store, E-Mart, Traders, and Starfield.
