1. Download the au PAY app.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup.
3. Tap the "Charge" button in the app and select "au PAY Gift Card."
4. Enter the prepaid number, and the balance will be charged for the set amount.
5. Tap the “Code Payment” button in the app to pay at the store.

Online

1. Download the au PAY app.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup.
3. Tap the "Charge" button in the app and select "au PAY Gift Card."
4. Enter the prepaid number, and the balance will be charged for the set amount.
5. Select au PAY as the payment method at checkout.

When paying with the au PAY app

• The au PAY app will launch, and selecting “Pay” will complete the payment.

When paying with a browser

• Log in with your au ID, enter your PIN, and select “Pay” to complete the payment.

The au PAY Gift Card is a gift card that can be used to charge the balance in the "au PAY" mobile payment service. Simply enter the prepaid number of the gift card into the au PAY app to charge it, and you can immediately use it at stores (both physical and online) that accept au PAY. Of course, even if you are using a carrier other than au, you can use the service by downloading the app (an au ID is required).
