Virgin PIN Refill

Virgin Plus states that starting January 15, 2027 it will no longer be offering its prepaid service. Virgin Plus says customers must take action before that date, and that after it calls including 9-1-1, texts and data will no longer work and the phone number and voicemails will be lost.

Virgin Plus states that prepaid funds are valid for a specified number of days starting from the time on the day they are added to your account, which it calls the Active Period. If you top up before your existing funds expire, the Active Period for the new top-up applies to the combined amount.

Unused funds will expire at the end of the Active Period. Virgin Plus states that expired prepaid funds will be restored if you top up your account within 7 calendar days of their expiry.

Virgin Plus publishes #999, dialled from your Virgin Plus phone, as the code to view your balance. You can also sign in to prepaid My Account, which Virgin Plus states lets you view your balance, top up, set up an Auto Payment Option and update your rate plan and add-ons.
