A 100 dollar top-up carries a 365-day service period, against 30 days for 10 to 24.99 dollars and 60 days for 25 to 99.99 dollars. TELUS states that unused top-up credits will not expire if you top up your account with additional credits or purchase a rate plan or add-on within the service period.
