  • Please make an appointment at least 5 days in advance from the expected date of using the service by contacting Hotline UrBox: 1800 2828 36 (from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, including holidays and New Year) and provide the eGift code. for assistance.
  • To change or cancel your appointment, please notify UrBox at least 3 days in advance of the expected date of using the service. Outside of the above time, the service status is confirmed successfully and cannot be refunded or canceled in any case.
Note:
  • Please note that booking/change/cancellation dates are administrative days from Monday to Friday of the week, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Tet holidays. The examination schedule can be changed only once during the gift's validity period.
  • eGift will not be refunded and has no cash value. Customers may be asked to pay extra if the service exceeds the value of the eGift.
  • eGift does not apply with other promotions.
  • eGift is not applicable on holidays according to restaurant/hotel regulations.
  • eGift value includes service fee and VAT.
  • eGift is only valid for one-time use. Do not accept gifts that are past their expiration date or have a "Used" status.
