- Scan the QR code on the charging station screen to access the Mobile Web.
- Select Prepaid Payment.
- Enter the eGift in the Urbox solution section and select Pay.
- Note: The charging session automatically ends when the battery is full (100%).
- Customers can convert their ETEK CHARGE eGift to use for payment at charging stations.
- Instructions for redeeming ETEK CHARGE vouchers on the UrBox App:
- Customers select the ETEK CHARGE brand and choose the redemption value.
- Instructions for using ETEK Charge vouchers at charging stations:
- Park the vehicle in the correct location and connect the charger to the vehicle.
- Scan the QR code on the charging station screen to access the Mobile Web.
- Select Prepaid Payment.
- Enter the eGift in the Urbox solution section and select Pay.
- Note: The charging session automatically ends when the battery is full (100%).
- Customers can unplug the charger.
- If there is any remaining balance after the charging session ends, the excess amount will be refunded within 3-5 days.
- The eGift will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Customers may be required to pay more if they exceed the eGift's value.
- eGifts are for one-time use only, no refunds will be given for unused portions, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expired codes or codes marked "Used" will not be accepted.
- UrBox is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided, nor for any subsequent disputes between customers and the store/restaurant.
- UrBox reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
