• Please contact UrBox Hotline directly: 1800 2828 36 (from 8am to 10pm daily, including New Year holidays) and provide the voucher code to the UrBox operator for assistance in registering for card receipt information.
• Within 7 working days after contacting the hotline 1800 28 28 36 and requesting a valid card, you will receive a call to confirm information and support online card issuance from Accor Plus. Time to receive the physical card is from 7-14 days from the time of successful card issuance confirmation.

• Voucher is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Customers may be asked to pay extra if they use more than the voucher value.

• Voucher is valid for one-time use only. Do not accept vouchers beyond the expiry date, status "Used".
• The issued voucher will not be returned in any way.
