Korzystając z tej karty podarunkowej, akceptujesz poniższe warunki:

• Karta może być realizowana u Uber B.V. w zamian za środki Uber Money za pośrednictwem aplikacji Uber® lub Uber Eats w krajach Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego, w których usługi te są dostępne.
• Karta podarunkowa jest ważna przez 1 rok od daty zakupu, o ile obowiązujące przepisy nie stanowią inaczej — w takim przypadku zastosowanie ma minimalny okres ważności wymagany przez prawo.
• Karta podarunkowa nie podlega doładowaniu. Nie może być również wymieniona na gotówkę ani inne środki pieniężne, z wyjątkiem sytuacji wymaganych przepisami prawa.
• Karta podarunkowa nie podlega zwrotowi ani wymianie, chyba że obowiązujące przepisy prawa stanowią inaczej.
• Aby skorzystać z karty podarunkowej w aplikacji Uber lub Uber Eats, może być konieczne dodanie dodatkowej metody płatności.
• W celu zapobiegania nadużyciom oraz w celu spełnienia wymogów prawnych obowiązujących w EOG — w tym przepisów dotyczących przeciwdziałania praniu pieniędzy, finansowaniu terroryzmu oraz sankcji — podczas zamiany karty podarunkowej na środki Uber Money może być wymagane podanie określonych informacji.
• Korzystanie z Uber Money podlega również odrębnym warunkom oraz ograniczeniom, zgodnie z regulacjami obowiązującymi w Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym, określonymi w niniejszych warunkach.
• Uber nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za utratę, kradzież lub nieautoryzowane użycie karty podarunkowej. Karta została wydana przez Uber B.V.

By using this gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The card can be redeemed with Uber B.V. in exchange for Uber Money via the Uber®️ app or with Uber Eats in countries in the European Economic Area where these services are available.
2. The gift card expires 1 year after the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the applicable regulations, in which case the minimum expiration term will apply.
3. The gift card is not reloadable. In addition, it cannot be redeemed for cash or other funds except where required by law.
4. The gift card cannot be refunded or returned, except where required by law.
5. To use the gift card with the Uber app or Uber Eats, you may need to add a secondary payment method.
6. To prevent fraud and to comply with EEA legislation, including regarding anti-money laundering, counter terrorism financing and sanctions, you will be required to provide certain information when converting the gift card into Uber Money.
7. In addition, the use of Uber Money is governed by terms and conditions and certain restrictions under the EEA rules as set out in these terms and conditions.
8. Uber is not liable in the event of loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the cards. This card was issued by Uber B.V.
