Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount or item.
* To use the eGift, the code must be given by the recipient through email reservations@ds.discovery.com.ph or call (02) 7719-6930 to 32 for validation.
* The recipient must wait for the hotel staff to finish the validation process. The hotel staff will receive a validation response indicating the eGift amount and validity. The hotel staff will follow only what is indicated in the validation response.
* The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. The recipient must only give this to the hotel staff once he/she commits to use it at the hotel.
* In the event that the hotel's eGift validation system is offline or unavailable, the hotel staff shall politely decline to accept the eGift. The recipient may still use the eGift when the system is back online.
* The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
* The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
* Multiple eGift codes may be used per transaction.
* Rooms are subject to availability, prior reservation is required to avail of the voucher. Black-out dates apply
* Bookings may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty.
* All stay voucher rates indicated are NETT RATES and are inclusive of VAT and other charges.
* All stay voucher rates are subject to a set number of guests per room category, extra person charge, and child policy. All room bookings are subject to health and sanitation hotel protocols in accordance with government guidelines.
* eGifts are subject to hotel rebooking policies.
* The promo offers are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
* Restaurant credits will apply to regular menu prices of all outlets (dine-in and room service only).
