[Expiration Policy]
- Expiration can be extended for unused vouchers only, up to 1 day before the original expiry date.
- Extensions are allowed in 93-day increments, up to 5 years from the original issue date.

[Refund/Cancelation Policy]
- After the initial expiration date, the recipient must call inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund.
- 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.
- Refunds for expired vouchers can be requested only within 5 years from the original issue date.
