Eligibility and Redemption

• Riot Games Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is issued and managed by Riot Games Services Pte. Ltd. (“Riot Games”) and can be used to purchase eligible items in Riot games only.
• This Gift Card can only be used to purchase in-game currency for specific games: VALORANT and Legends of Runeterra. The list of eligible games is subject to change at Riot Games' discretion.
• Owning a Gift Card does not guarantee immediate access to any item. Additional payments may be required if the item's price exceeds the Gift Card's value.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• No fees or expiration date apply to this Gift Card.

Restrictions

• This Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or other cards, reloaded, refunded, resold, traded, or transferred for value, except as required by law.
• Riot Games disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the Gift Card.

Risk of Loss

• Riot Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of the Gift Card by the purchaser.
• Riot Games reserves the right to close accounts and seek alternative payment methods for purchases made using fraudulently obtained Gift Cards.

Liability Disclaimer

• Riot Games is not liable for failure to perform due to external factors, such as unstable internet, devices used to access the internet, or issues with internet service or mobile network providers.

General Terms

• Riot Games reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, including eligible items and redemption locations, at its sole discretion.
• All terms are valid to the extent permitted by law.
• If any provision is invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, it shall be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• These terms are supplemental to Riot Games’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
