2. E-voucher ini dapat ditukarkan secara online di aplikasi Kopi Kenangan dengan memasukkan kode e-voucher yang tertera atau ditukarkan langsung di kasir dengan menunjukkan kode e-voucher yang tertera.
3. Jika kode e-voucher sudah diklaim melalui aplikasi Kopi Kenangan, maka transaksi harus diselesaikan melalui aplikasi Kopi Kenangan.
4. E-voucher berlaku satu kali per transaksi/kode unik.
5. E-voucher tidak dapat digabungkan dengan pembelian paket combo, promo, topping tambahan, atau menu promo lainnya.
6. Pembayaran dengan e-voucher tidak mendapatkan Poin Memori.
7. E-voucher berlaku setiap hari, termasuk hari libur nasional.
8. E-voucher sudah termasuk pajak dan layanan.
9. E-voucher hanya berlaku untuk transaksi menu yang tertera.
10. Pengguna bertanggung jawab atas kerahasiaan e-voucher tautan/kode batang.

1. E-voucher valid at all Chigo x Flip outlets except the Event Booth.
2. This e-voucher can be exchanged online in the Kopi Kenangan application by entering the written e-voucher code or exchanged directly at the cashier by showing the written e-voucher code.
3. If the e-voucher code has been claimed through the Kopi Kenangan application, then the transaction must be completed through the Kopi Kenangan application.
4. E-voucher valid once per transaction/unique code.
5. E-vouchers cannot be combined with the purchase of combo packages, promos, additional toppings or other promo menus.
6. Payment with e-vouchers does not get Memories Points.
7. E-vouchers are valid every day, including national holidays.
8. E-voucher already includes tax and services.
9. E-vouchers are only valid for written menu transactions 10. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of the e-voucher link/barcode.
