- The maximum allowable balance in a yuu account (for unspent points) is 200,000 yuu Points (~SGD 1,000). If the redemption would cause the account balance to exceed this limit, the transaction will not proceed. Please utilize some points before redeeming to remain within this cap.
- E-Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash or credit-in-kind.
- No extensions will be granted beyond the e-voucher’s validity date.
- yuu Rewards Club and WOGI reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
- The aggregate value of the yuu E-Gift card(s) held in a person’s yuu points balance shall not at any time exceed S$1,000. yuu Rewards Club will not issue any yuu E-Gift card(s) or allow any activity, transaction, or dealing involving any yuu E-Gift card(s) to proceed if it will result in the aggregate value of the yuu E-Gift card(s) held in a person’s yuu points balance exceeding S$1,000.
- Any redemption exceeding this threshold may be declined or clawed back at the discretion of yuu Rewards Club.
- Points once credited to an account are final and cannot be reversed or transferred.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the yuu account information provided is accurate.
