The Gift Card is available exclusively in electronic format and is valid only for domestic tourism services in Romania, including hotel reservations and packages. It's a convenient and versatile way to gift a memorable travel experience.

  • The Accent Travel & Events Gift Card is available only in electronic format.
  • The Gift Card is only valid for travel services performed in Romania (domestic tourism – hotel reservations and packages).
  • The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for previous bookings.
  • The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not possible to issue a duplicate card if it is lost, stolen, or if the card expires. After the Gift Card expires, it is not possible to redeem it and it is not possible to withdraw the remaining funds on the Gift Card.
  • During a reservation of tourist services, the Customer can use several Gift Cards as a form of payment.
  • The customer can pay with the Gift Card the full price of the purchased service and can pay the rest in cash or with a credit card, debit card, or online transfer.
  • In the event of an unexpected situation, in which the Customer is forced by unfavorable circumstances to cancel his reservation, Accent Travel & Events can return to the Customer the amount paid for the Gift Card and used for the reservation, in the form of a promotional code equal to the value of the amount used on the Gift Card only if travel services are refundable within 7 days. If the travel services already booked are non-refundable, Accent Travel & Events cannot refund the amount paid for the Gift Card, being obliged to comply with the cancellation conditions provided by the Travel Service Provider.
  • If the traveler, who has contracted a package of travel services with the Agency and has paid an advance, does not show up within the term specified in the order form or within the term communicated in writing, to pay the related installments or the remaining payment, the contract is considered terminated by law, and the Agency has the right to cancel the reservations made for the benefit of the traveler with the retention of the provided penalties.
