Bought 3 codes of 200 RON in november 2021, and I was never able to use them online, each time for all 3 of the cards I got the same errors saying the card has already been used. I contacted the support, they asked me to send them screenshots as proof which I did, they then escalated to their "supplier" who seems to have answered them that the gift cards were delivered new and activated.... and they told me to contact Flanco instead. So yeah even if that must be an isolated problem with the gift cards of this shop I would recomand to avoid this specific gift card if you're not ready to fight with different customer services just to be able to use them... (but I will still buy plenty of others gift cards from Bitrefill (and I already bought others since then) but since then I'm a bit more aware that it might get complicated in case of problems with the products....).
