Fashioncheque Gift Card

The following terms and conditions apply to the fashioncheque gift card in Denmark.

• The fashioncheque gift card is issued by fashioncheque Holding B.V., Kruisweg 801-C, 2132 NG Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. fashioncheque gift cards are sold by various retailers on behalf of the issuer.
• The fashioncheque gift card is valid for three years from the date of issue, after which any remaining balance expires.
• The holder of a fashioncheque gift card may request payment of the card’s value during the validity period and for up to one year after the card’s expiration date. Inquiries can be sent to customerservice-dk@fashioncheque.com
• .A fee of DKK 50 may be charged if the holder requests payment of the remaining balance during the validity period. No fee will be charged once the validity period has expired and for up to one year thereafter.
• The fashioncheque gift card is not personal and may therefore be transferred.
• The fashioncheque gift card cannot be reloaded, either on an ongoing basis or once the balance has been used up.
• The fashioncheque gift card can be redeemed at all participating stores listed in the store overview at www.fashioncheque.com
• The fashioncheque gift card may only be used to purchase the following products: clothing, shoes, and accessories such as bags, jewelry, cosmetics, and perfumes.
• The issuer accepts no liability for any loss, theft, damage, illegibility, or unauthorized use of the fashioncheque gift card.
• The maximum amount for an issued fashioncheque gift card is DKK 3,000.
• The issuer will deposit the funds received to load the fashioncheque gift card into one or more escrow accounts in one or more banks during the validity period.
• When a fashioncheque gift card is used for online payments in e-commerce transactions, the card is redeemed (and the purchase amount deducted, even in cases of partial use of the balance) immediately once the agreement with the seller has been concluded. This is necessary to avoid the risk of misuse, including double redemption of the same fashioncheque gift card. If the transaction is canceled by the seller, the amount will be refunded or the fashioncheque gift card reactivated. The same applies in the case of a lawful exercise of any statutory right of withdrawal.
• fashioncheque gift cards purchased and activated in Denmark may also be redeemed at the daily exchange rate in Belgium, Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
