- Proceed to checkout
- On the Payment step (Metoda płatności), make sure the Gift cards option is selected as the payment method, this will automatically deduct the gift card’s value from the total
At Checkout
Enter code in the Vouchers and Gift Cards (Kody rabatowe i karty upominkowe) field on the Confirm (Podsumowanie) step- Gift vouchers can be redeemed at Zalando.pl or via the Zalando app.
- You can use multiple Zalando Gift Cards in a single purchase, but the total combined value cannot exceed 900 PLN per order.
- Any unused balance on a gift card can be saved and used for future purchases.
- You can use up to €5000 worth of Zalando Gift Cards per calendar month for purchases.
- You can link up to €5000 gift cards to your Zalando customer account per calendar month.
- Gift Cards will expire after 5 years (subject to local regulations).
- Gift Cards can be redeemed on Zalando’s fashion assortment only.
- Cash payment and reimbursement in case of loss/damage are not possible.
- The activation of the gift voucher usually takes place within 24 hours of purchase.
- If you cancel an order or return items paid with a Zalando Gift Card, the amount will be refunded back to the same gift card.
