1. WeChat Binding

To bind your E-Fun Card via WeChat:

• Follow the official account “Watsons Service Assistant”
• Tap [Mall] → “Fun Enjoy the Card as a Gift to Friends” → “Bind Fun Card”
• Enter your card number and password
• Select the card effect and receive the card package
• The card is now successfully bound

To use your card: Go to your WeChat card package, select the E-Fun Card, click “Use”, and show the QR code to the store clerk.

2. Watsons App Binding

Method 1: During Checkout

• On the order submission page, tap “Use Watsons Fun Card”
• Click “Bind E-Fun Card”
• Enter the card number and password as prompted

Method 2: From Personal Center

• Open the Watsons app → Go to Personal Center
• Tap “Watsons Fun Card” menu
• Click “Bind E-Fun Card”
• Enter your card number and password to complete the process

3. Cloud Store (WeChat Mini Program) Binding

• Search for “Watsons Official Cloud Store” in WeChat Mini Programs
• Go to “My” → “E-Fun Card” → “Bind E-Fun Card”
• Enter the card number and password, then confirm

5. Important Notes

• Non-refundable: E-Fun Cards cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase
• Hybrid Payment: If the purchase exceeds the card amount, you may use Alipay, WeChat Pay, or UnionPay Cloud Flash Payment for the balance
• Rebinding Deleted Cards (WeChat):
  • Open WeChat Card Package
  • Go to “FAQ” → “Historical Coupon List” → Deleted E-Fun Cards
  • Tap “View Redeemed Membership Cards” → “Claim” to rebind your card
