To use your gift card online:
- Select Gift Card from the options in the Payment section of the checkout.
- You can combine your gift card payment with a Credit\Debit Card or PayPal. Please ensure that you enter your gift card details first.
- Enter the Gift Card number and 4-digit Gift Card PIN. Press 'Apply Gift Card.'
- Confirmation that your gift card has been applied is provided by the message 'The gift card balance of $X.XX has been applied to the order. Please pay the remaining $XX.XX by credit card or PayPal.'
- When your order is completed, the amount of your order will be deducted from your card, and any remaining amount will stay on your card for future use.
- You can only use one gift card per order. Should you have multiple gift cards, please contact Smiggle's support with your gift card details, and they can assist you in placing your order.
- You can use your gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.
- As per the terms & conditions of use, will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.
- This gift card is issued by Smiggle NZ Limited, Company Number 6407452 & once activated, is redeemable for merchandise in-store & online in New Zealand at Smiggle.
- Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the issue date or when no amount remains on the card.
- Gift cards can be partially redeemed.
- Defaced, altered, lost, or stolen gift cards cannot be redeemed & will not be replaced or refunded.
- Gift cards are not negotiable instruments & cannot be reloaded.
- Cash or credit will not be given for unused amounts, including after expiry.
