1. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The departure date of the trip may be after the expiry date of the voucher.
2. Only one gift voucher can be used per booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or refund vouchers from us.
3. The gift voucher can only be used to book flight + hotel packages on www.lastminute.be (services that require payment to a third party upon arrival are excluded).
4. The gift voucher can be used for multiple bookings until the full value has been redeemed. If the total amount of the booking is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining credit can be used for a new booking. Conversely, if the amount of the booking is higher than that of the receipt, you can use a valid credit or debit card to pay the outstanding amount.
5. The gift voucher cannot be sold or refunded, even in the event of theft or loss, nor can it be exchanged for money or other goods or services.
6. The gift voucher cannot be used to book hotels or homes where payment must be made directly at the accommodation.
7. Once the booking has been confirmed, the gift voucher cannot be used to purchase after-sales services.
