Best Point MY Gift Card

1. Accepted in all Best Point Electric Chain stores in Malaysia.
2. The E-Gift Cards are Non-reloadable.
3. This E-Gift Card needs to be used in full. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of EGV, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. A credit note shall be issued for the unused part of the E-Gift Card.
4. Redeemable during End of Season Sales, Promotions & Offers.
5. This E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for Cash/Gift Cards/Credit Notes.
6. Protect the E-Gift Card number and PIN to avoid misuse. Best Point Electric Chain shall not assume any liability in case the EGV PIN gets stolen/compromised, Best Point Electric Chain shall neither replace the EGV nor refund cash.
7. Only valid E-Gift Cards would be accepted.
8. Any disputes/s shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
9. This Card is the property of Best Point Electric Chain.
10. Best Point Electric Chain reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
