1. The cash e-voucher is redeemable both online and in-store at our designated outlets.
2. The e-voucher can only be redeemed for products or services available within our store.
3. The cash e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.
4. Once purchased, the e-voucher amount cannot be refunded, transferred, or reissued unless required by applicable law.
5. The e-voucher cannot be redeemed for cash in part or in full, and no change will be given for any unused e-voucher balance.
6. The e-voucher cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping, or any additional fees unless explicitly stated.
7. The e-voucher has an expiration date, which is stated on the e-voucher itself.
8. After the expiration date, the e-voucher becomes invalid, and any remaining balance is forfeited.
9. If the total value of products or services selected for purchase exceeds the value of the e-voucher, the remaining amount must be paid using another acceptable form of payment.
10. If the e-voucher's value exceeds the total purchase amount, no cash refund or credit will be provided for the unused portion of the e-voucher.
11. The e-voucher is not transferable to another individual or account and can only be used by the person who received the e-voucher or the intended recipient.
12. The e-voucher holder is solely responsible for the safekeeping of the e-voucher.
13. The company shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the e-voucher.
14. Any fraudulent use, reproduction, or unauthorized modification of the e-voucher is strictly prohibited.
15. The company reserves the right to take legal action against any fraudulent activities related to the e-voucher.
16. The company reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
17. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of e-voucher purchase shall apply to that e-voucher.
