1. This Gift Card is valid for all items in Superbuy.my except for gift cards, prepaid reload cards & vouchers category. 2. This Gift Card not refundable or exchangeable for cash. 3. One Gift Card valid for a single transaction only and expires after (ONE) usage. 4. Gift Card validity: applied as stated on the e-voucher. 5. No reissue or reimbursement for any lost or void Gift Card. 6. Superbuy will not be liable to you for any losses and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with: i) Your purchase, redemption and/or use of the Gift Card; ii) Your inability to use the Gift Card due to lost or forgotten or void or as a result of your giving the wrong contact information; iii) The use of the Gift Card by any person(s) not authorised or approved by you. 7. If the purchase is LESS than the Gift Card amount, the difference cannot be redeemed with cash. 8. If the purchase is EXCEEDING the Gift Card amount, the difference must be paid by bearer. 9. Superbuy reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of this Gift Card without prior notice.
