- E-Vouchers are valid for orders for Flight, Hotel, package of Flight + Hotel, Xperience, Trains, Bus & Shuttle and Cars products. TRAVELOKA reserves the right to change the products that can be purchased using e-vouchers at TRAVELOKA's discretion.
- E-vouchers can be used if the User has logged in with the User's account on the Traveloka Platform.
- The E-voucher code must be entered during the order process in order to reduce the price of payments that will be made for the purchase of Traveloka products on the Traveloka Platform.
- The e-voucher can only be used for 1 (one) transaction with a transaction value above the nominal value of the e-voucher. If the transaction value is less than the nominal value of the e-voucher, the remaining value of the e-voucher cannot be returned (non-refundable).
- The e-vouchers are valid for all available payment methods.
- After the validity period of the e-voucher ends, the e-voucher is no longer valid and cannot be extended or renewed.
- E-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Every e-voucher usage can be combined with other e-vouchers or with other promos.
- Users who use the e-voucher will get Traveloka e-vouchers based on the price that has been deducted by the e-voucher, unless the use of the e-voucher is combined with a promo.
- TRAVELOKA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of using the e-voucher in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in Attachment 1 to this Agreement and/or stated on the www.traveloka.com website and Traveloka application.
- E-vouchers that have been used are non-refundable.
- Reservations made using e-vouchers cannot be cancelled.
- TRAVELOKA is not responsible for any loss or misuse of e-vouchers caused by User negligence.
- Apart from the terms and conditions above, the User must comply with other terms and conditions of the e-voucher contained at https://www.traveloka.com/en-my/giftvoucher
