You or the person you send the voucher can use it at any Zapper merchant or supported partner merchant, in person or online. All you need is the Zapper app!

• To redeem your ZapCash, follow the very easy instructions after purchase. If on web, you will need to scan the QR code provided.
• When using Zapper normally, your available ZapCash vouchers will be shown before finalising your transaction.
• If you want to pay with ZapCash vouchers, select the one you wish to use.
• Your bill amount will be reduced by the voucher value or to zero if the value is more than the total amount.
• You can view your remaining ZapCash voucher balance at any time in your "My Vouchers" tab on the Zapper app, check under 'Wallet' and then 'Received'.
