Total Energies vouchers are delivered as a WiCode and are redeemable at most but not all locations. If the Total has a 'Bonjour' convenience store, then it will accept WiCodes - please contact us via a support ticket if you find a Bonjour convenience store which does not accept WiCodes.

This is because only franchises with the Bonjour convenience store are running the standard POS till system.

To pay for your transaction just tell the petrol attendant that you are paying inside and note the pump number to tell the teller. You can also add other store purchases to the same checkout basket which is quite convenient (eg, gas bottles and shop items).
