DiDi Pass Card Terms & Usage Guide

1. App Requirement
   • The DiDi Pass Card can only be used within the [DiDi Chuxing] App.
   • Please ensure you have the app installed on your device.
2. How to Bind Your Card
   • Open the DiDi Chuxing App
   • Tap: [Me] > [My Vouchers] > [Pass Card]
   • On the My Cards page, select your card type: Pass / Premium / Express / Luxury Pass Card
   • Tap [Bind Card], then:
     • Tap [Bind Now]
     • Select card type: Pass / Express / Premium / Luxury E-Card
     • Enter the card number and password
     • Tap [Next] to complete binding
3. Applicable Services
   • DiDi Express, Premium, Luxury, Designated Driving
   • Qingju Bike and Qingju E-Bike
   • Note: The card cannot be unbound after activation.
4. Usage Restrictions
   • Cannot be used in combination with other coupons during payment.
   • Cannot be used to purchase other voucher products (e.g., DiDi Express/Premium coupons, Qingju Bike/E-Bike weekly or monthly passes).
5. Card Properties
   • Anonymous prepaid card
   • Non-transferable, non-refundable, non-resalable
   • Not redeemable for cash or change
6. Split Payment Option
   • If the card balance is insufficient, you may use other payment methods (DiDi Pay / WeChat Pay / Alipay) to cover the remaining fare.
7. Validity Period
   • Valid for 3 years from the activation date
   • Must be used before expiration
