- If you book for a round-trip or for 2 or more people and then separate or partially cancel the booking, the voucher amount may be split.
- Change/Cancellation/No-show policy after using a mobile voucher:
- When changing the itinerary, the fee is paid by your chosen method:
- If the new fare is lower: the difference is refunded via the mobile voucher.
- If the new fare is higher: the difference is paid using the preferred payment method.
- When canceling or no-showing, the refund will be made via the mobile voucher after deducting the fee.
- If combined payment was used (voucher + other method), refunds due to itinerary changes will be randomly issued either via the voucher or the other method used.
- When changing the itinerary, the fee is paid by your chosen method:

- Can request an extension up to 1 day before the expiration date for unused vouchers.
- The period can be extended in 93-day increments, but only within 5 years from the original issue date.
- Call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request an extension. (Weekdays 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding holidays)
[Cancellation & Refund]
- After the expiration date: Call the inumber Customer Center to apply for a refund. 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- Refund requests are only accepted within 5 years from the original issue date.
