[Validity Extension Policy]

• Extensions are available only for unused vouchers and must be requested at least 1 day before expiry.
• Validity can be extended in 93-day increments, up to a maximum of 5 years from the issue date.
• Call inumber customer service (1644-5093) on weekdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays) to request an extension.

[Cancellation & Refund Policy]

• After the original expiry, the recipient must call inumber (1644-5093) to request a refund.
• 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
• Refunds can be requested within 5 years from the original issue date.

[취소 및 환불 정책]

• 구매금액의 90%가 환불되며,
