How to use the PIN code

1. Go to the exchange site (https://giftcode.jp/SKYLARK)
2. Enter the PIN code and e-mail address you obtained when you made your purchase on the exchange site.
3. After the exchange is completed, you will be able to obtain (issue) a SKYLARK COURTESY VOUCHER.

How to use the SKYLARK COURTESY VOUCHER obtained on the exchange site

1. Enter your [voucher number] (half-width alphanumeric characters) in sets of 3-digits on the dedicated website. (https://www.skylarkyutaiken.com/)
2. Enter the number (half-width alphanumeric characters) shown in the [number in the image].
3. After confirming the terms of use, check the “I agree to the terms of use” checkbox and click “Submit”.
4. PC: Please print out the screen and present it at the checkout counter.

Smartphone: Please present the screen at the checkout counter.
