  1. Teddy S.p.A owns the Gift Card.
  2. The Gift Card can be used as many times as you wish until the credit is exhausted. If the remaining credit is insufficient, the missing amount can still be added through the payment methods accepted by the point of sale.
  3. Using the Gift Card credit, it is possible to accumulate Fidelity WE Terranova points. The purchase of the Gift Card, on the other hand, does not involve the use or accumulation of WE points.
  4. The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it at the time of purchase.
  5. It is possible to check the remaining credit of your Gift Card in all Terranova points of sale in Italy by contacting our customer service.
  6. The Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the time of purchase of the Gift Card. After the expiration date, it will no longer be possible to use it, and the amount is non-refundable. The card is not rechargeable.
  7. The Gift Card is activated automatically at the time of purchase, both online and in-store.
  8. Teddy S.p.A. is not responsible for any theft or loss; in these cases, unfortunately, the Gift Card cannot be replaced or refunded. We recommend that you photograph the code of your Gift Card to always have its references with you.
  9. These general conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, and execution of these conditions, the Court of Rimini has exclusive jurisdiction.
  10. Teddy S.p.A. is not responsible for using the Gift Card nor for any damage: we are always at your disposal for any problems.
