Use of the Gift Card O bag is governed by the following terms of use.
  1.  The O bag Gift Card is intended exclusively for the purchase, in one or more solutions, of items sold in participating O bag stores.
  2. The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from activation. It is a 'to scale' card and, therefore, can be used for multiple purchases until the contained value is completely exhausted or partial payment of a purchase.
  3. To find out the remaining amount of the Gift Card O bag, you can just go at any time to one of the O bag stores participating in the Gift Card project and pass it to the cashier.
  4. The Gift Card cannot be recharged and does not entitle you to cash refunds, it can always be used as a payment method. It is the bearer and is equivalent to cash: if it is lost, stolen, or damaged, the card cannot be blocked, and no responsibility can be attributed to O bag for its misuse, theft, loss, or damage.
  5. In the event of theft, loss, or damage that makes the barcode or the numerical code associated with it unreadable, the Gift Card O bag will not be replaced or refunded.
  6. After the expiry date, the Gift Card O bag can no longer be used, nor will the bearer be entitled to any repayment of the remaining credit.
  7. At the time of its purchase, the Gift Card O bag does not adhere to promotions other than those specifically dedicated at certain times of the year and, in any case, appropriately communicated to the customer.
  8. It cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  9. The list of participating stores and the general conditions of use are published on the official O bag store.
  10. If the total purchase receipt is less than the value of the Gift Card, the difference can be used for a future purchase. If, on the other hand, the total of the purchase receipt is greater than the value of the Gift Card, the difference can be paid with one of the usual payment methods accepted by O bag stores.
