Yatra.com does not accept crypto but Bitrefill provides a workaround by allowing you to purchase an Yatra.com gift card with Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency. This gift card can then be used to make purchases at Yatra.com.

For redeeming Flights/Hotels (Domestic)/Buses online at www.yatra.com, please follow the following steps: Please select your Flight/Hotel (Domestic) and fill required details till you reach the payment page. On payments page, Select "Gift Voucher" as your Payment Mode. Enter your EGV/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No. Click on "Redeem Gift Card" and pay the Balance amount (if any) using otherPayment Modes listed.
  5. In case of transaction failures after EGV is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same EGV. Holidays (domestic/international) can be redeemed offline only as percustomization. In case of any query please write to: coepromoteam@yatra.com
  6. EGV is valid for multiple/partial redemption. Multiple transactions can be performed on EGV until the value of the card is exhausted during the validity period.
  7. Two or more EGVs can’t be used in single transaction.
  8. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the EGV value)
  9. If an EGV is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
  10. This EGV cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cashback/promotion run by Yatra.com. No additional Discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the value mentioned on the EGVs.
  11. Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions ofYatra.com.
  12. Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using EGV during booking.
  13. No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this EGV.
  14. In case of cancellations, where EGV is valid, amount (as applicable) will be refunded back to the EGV. In case of cancellations, where EGV validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by EGV.
  15. All the terms and conditions of the EGV as given hereof and standard terms and conditions, user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) of Yatra.com and the terms and conditions of the respective airline/hotel /resort/other service provider shall be applicable on the Customer.
  16. Any legal disputes, whatsoever regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.
