  1. General * MGC Derma e-gift cards ("Gift Cards") can be redeemed for products and services available at MGC Derma locations in Ireland and online at eu.mgcderma.com. * E-Gift Cards are issued by MGC Derma and are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Validity & Expiry * E-Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. * After the expiry date, the E-Gift Card will no longer be valid, and any remaining balance will be forfeited. It is the cardholder's responsibility to use the E-Gift Card before the expiry date.
  3. Redemption * E-Gift Cards can be redeemed online at eu.mgcderma.com official website. * E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. * If the purchase amount exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, the cardholder must pay the difference using an alternative payment method. * If the purchase amount is less than the E-Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the E-Gift Card for future use until expiry.
  4. Lost or Stolen E-Gift Card Codes * MGC Derma is not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards code. * E-Gift Card code will not be replaced or refunded in the event of loss. * Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash.
  5. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable * E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except where required by law. * E-Gift Cards are transferable and may be given as gifts to others.
