• The Flower Factory Gift Card Terms and Conditions General: These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by The Flower Factory (“we,” “our,” “us”) through our website http://www.theflowerfactory.ie .
• By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms. Issuance and Redemption:
• Gift Cards can be purchased online at http://www.theflowerfactory.ie and redeemed for eligible products and services available on the same site.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards are valid for online purchases only unless otherwise specified.
• Value and Expiration Gift Cards are issued in Euro (€) and have no cash value.
• Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to service or inactivity fees.
• Balances can be checked by contacting our customer service team at support@theflowerfactory.ie.
• Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
• Gift Cards cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• The Flower Factory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards and will not replace or refund them.
• Gift Cards are non-transferable and must not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

Use Limitations:

• Only one Gift Card may be applied per online order unless otherwise stated.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future use.

Fraud Prevention:

• The Flower Factory reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and related transactions if we suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms:

• We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website.
• Continued use of a Gift Card after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law:

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
• Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of Gift Cards will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
• The supply of gift cards is subject to Prezzee’s Terms and Conditions (https://www.prezzee.ie/policies/terms-of-sale).
