- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards are valid for online purchases only unless otherwise specified.
- Value and Expiration Gift Cards are issued in Euro (€) and have no cash value.
- Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to service or inactivity fees.
- Balances can be checked by contacting our customer service team at support@theflowerfactory.ie.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
- Gift Cards cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- The Flower Factory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards and will not replace or refund them.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable and must not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
Use Limitations:
- Only one Gift Card may be applied per online order unless otherwise stated.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future use.
Fraud Prevention:
- The Flower Factory reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and related transactions if we suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
Changes to Terms:
