Sheike Gift Card

These Voucher Terms govern the use of SHEIKE gift vouchers and e-vouchers (collectively, ‘SHEIKE Vouchers’). These Voucher Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between SHEIKE & Co Pty Ltd (‘SHEIKE’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) and the person purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a SHEIKE Voucher (you). These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Terms + Conditions and other terms or policies. These Voucher Terms apply when you purchase, redeem, attempt to redeem, or undertake a balance enquiry of a SHEIKE Voucher (collectively ‘using’ a SHEIKE Voucher). By using a SHEIKE Voucher, you warrant and represent to SHEIKE that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and that you will not undertake any fraudulent or misleading conduct relating to a SHEIKE Voucher. If you are giving a SHEIKE Voucher as a gift, it is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is aware of these Terms.
