- Е-Voucher dapat digunakan untuk pembelian tiket nonton di CGV website, mobile apps, dan POS counter bioskop.
- Е-Voucher harus dipergunakan sebelum masa berlaku yang tertera habis.
- Е-Voucher tidak bisa di refund dalam bentuk cash atau kredit.
- Е-Voucher tidak bisa digunakan berbarengan dengan CGV membership point.
- Untuk penggunaan Е-Voucher di CGV website & mobile apps, voucher wajib diregistrasikan terlebih dahulu di masing-masing akun member setiap customer. Jika belum memiliki akun member silahkan mendaftar terlebih dahulu GRATIS.
- Apabila voucher tidak dapat dipergunakan, silahkan hubungi call center CGV.
- The e-voucher is valid for 1 CGV movie ticket (according to the class type listed, namely 2D, 4DX, Gold, or Velvet Class).
- E-vouchers can be used to purchase movie tickets on the CGV website, mobile apps, and cinema POS counters.
- E-vouchers must be used before the stated validity period expires.
- E-vouchers cannot be refunded in cash or credit.
- E-vouchers cannot be used together with CGV membership points.
- The e-voucher on the CGV website & mobile apps must be registered first in each customer's member account. If you don't have a member account, please register first for FREE.
- If the e-voucher cannot be used, please contact the CGV call center.
