- The fashioncheque gift card is valid for three years from the date of issue, after which any remaining balance expires.
- Credit cannot be paid out (including any remaining balance).

- The fashioncheque gift card cannot be reloaded, either on an ongoing basis or once the balance has been used up.

- The fashioncheque gift card can only be used to purchase the following products: clothing, shoes, and accessories such as bags, jewelry, cosmetics, and fragrances.
- The issuer accepts no liability for any loss, theft, damage, unsuitability, or unauthorized use of the fashioncheque gift card.
- The maximum amount for an issued fashioncheque gift card is NOK 4,000.
- The issuer will deposit the funds received to credit the fashioncheque gift card into one or more client accounts in one or more banks during the validity period.
