- Payments can be made once or more until the eGift card value has been completely used, or until the eGift card reaches the end of its validity period.
- If the value of the purchase exceeds the available balance on the eGift card, you can make up the difference with another form of payment valid at Decathlon Indonesia.
- eGift cards can be used multiple times for a single purchase.
- eGift cards will expire 1 year after the issue date.
- Decathlon reserves the right to exchange or refund the value of the eGift card. Including the case of lost, stolen, damaged, or expired before use.
- eGift cards cannot generate full tax invoices until they are used to purchase goods at Decathlon stores & online.
- The eGift card balance and validity date can be checked at our stores.
- If Decathlon detects any fraudulent eGift card usage or if it does not comply with the Decathlon policy, Decathlon is entitled to cancel transactions, withdraw discounts, or cashback.
- Decathlon has the full authority to adjust the eGift card terms and conditions for usage in accordance with the Decathlon policy.
