Customers are responsible for keeping the information of the recharge card code confidential after placing an order.
UrBox will not be responsible for refunding the recharge card codes lost or in "Used" status after the time when the recharge card code is output for any reason.
UrBox is not responsible for the quality of the products or services provided, nor for any subsequent disputes between the customer and the Garena card.

Log in to the account you need to top up the card on https://napthe.vn and follow the instructions below:
1. Select Game and select Garena card loading channel
2. Enter the scratch card code and click Confirm to complete the transaction, the game money will be transferred to your account within 15 minutes.
3. Re-login the game account to check the available game money

- Enter exactly what is written on the card, including uppercase and lowercase characters (if any)
- Garena has only https://napthe.vn page, all other card loading sites are incorrect.
