1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Uber Eats app and are signed in to your Uber account (create one if you don't have it yet).
2. Tap the Account tab in the menu and select Wallet.
3. Tap Add payment method and choose Gift Card.
4. Enter the gift code exactly as it appears, with no spaces, and confirm.

The credits are added to your account and cannot be transferred to another account afterwards. When you have several payment methods saved, the gift card credit is set as your default payment method; to use a different one, open the payment section in the app and change it before placing your order.

If the credit does not cover the full value of your order, add a second payment method to cover the difference. The card cannot be reloaded with extra funds, and the funds have no expiration date.

The first time you redeem, Uber may ask you to create an Uber Money account and to turn on location services on your phone. Check your remaining balance in the Wallet or payment section of the Uber Eats app. More details: Uber Eats gift card help

• Full order: Covers the food itself along with the delivery fee and taxes charged on your order
• Payment method: Works as a payment method inside the Uber Eats mobile app and is applied before the other methods saved on your account
• Balance: The funds carry no expiration date, so whatever you do not spend on one order stays available for the next one
• Coverage: Valid for orders placed within Guatemala, in the cities and neighborhoods where Uber Eats operates
