Gift Card Terms and Conditions

• Validly activated gift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for any merchandise in American Golf Stores or at www.americangolf.co.uk
• The gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card
• The gift card may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. • Gift Vouchers and E-Vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• The minimum amount required to activate the card is £5.
• The Maximum card limit is £999.
• The balance on your gift card may be checked in store.
• No change will be given but any remaining balance may be used for future purchases up to the expiry date, which is 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Each time a transaction is made using the gift card the balance is updated on our secure database.
• The amount deposited on or redeemed from the gift card will be shown on the till receipt for each transaction.
• The gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months the gift card will automatically expire and the balance will be forfeited. Gift cards that have been allowed to expire will not be re-issued.
• If any item purchased with a gift card is exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance of the card or a new card will be issued. All refunds of goods purchased on a gift card will be made in accordance with the American Golf refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Please keep the gift card safe and treat it like cash. American Golf cannot replace or reimburse the card value if the card is lost, stolen or damaged.
• In the unlikely event that the transaction processing system is temporarily unavailable, we will not be able to process your gift card transaction during this time as we cannot manually authorise transactions.

• American Golf reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it is necessary to do so. Any such changes will be notified to customer instore at point of sale or on our website.
