The MATY E-gift card is valid for 12 months from its activation date (date of dispatch of the gift card or date of purchase or availability in a jewelry store), on all products marketed (including in period of Sales or promotions), in all MATY jewellers, by mail, by telephone and on www.maty.com (excluding Marketplace and auctions). Its amount can be spent in one or more instalments. In the event of partial payment using the MATY gift card, the difference can be paid by another authorized means of payment. Not constituting a monetary value, it cannot give rise to any financial compensation, even partial. It cannot be exchanged, replaced, recharged, or refunded in whole or in part, in particular at the end of its validity date or in the event of loss or theft, or resold for its value.
