La Carte Cadeau TheFork (la "Carte Cadeau") peut être utilisée dans les restaurants TheFork participants. Elle est valable dix-huit (18) mois à compter de sa date d'émission indiquée sur la Carte Cadeau, (qui peut être antérieure à la date de réception effective de la Carte Cadeau). Cependant, TheFork peut lancer des actions de marketing dans le cadre desquelles les Cartes Cadeaux ont une période de validité différente de 18 mois, veuillez donc lire attentivement les conditions de ces actions.
La Carte Cadeau se compose d'un code, d'un visuel et d'informations associés.
Les Cartes Cadeaux ont une valeur prédéterminée qui ne peut être modifiée.
Il n’est pas possible de remplacer, de recharger ou de se faire rembourser (même partiellement) une Carte Cadeau. TheFork décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte, de vol, de destruction ou d'utilisation non autorisée de la Carte Cadeau.
La Carte Cadeau ne peut pas être échangée contre des espèces. La Carte Cadeau ne peut pas être revendue mais elle peut être offerte à une tierce personne, à condition que le code de la Carte Cadeau ne soit pas introduit dans l'Application.
La Carte Cadeau peut être utilisée dans les restaurants partenaires de TheFork situés en France pour des repas (nourriture et boissons) mais également des produits alimentaires et des boissons proposés par le restaurant, s’ils sont ajoutés à votre addition, comme suit :
- rentrez le code de la Carte Cadeau dans TheFork PAY ;
- réservez une table dans un restaurant participant sur thefork.fr ou sur l'application (la "Plate-forme") ;
- profitez de votre repas…et ajoutez peut être une bouteille de ce grand vin ou de cette huile d'olive que vous venez de goûter à emporter ;
- payez l’addition avec TheFork PAY - si la Carte Cadeau ne couvre pas la totalité de l’addition, vous pouvez compléter avec une carte de crédit enregistrée dans TheFork PAY ou avec tout autre moyen de paiement.
Les restaurants participants peuvent être sélectionnés sur la Plateforme en utilisant le filtre « Cartes cadeaux ».
Les Cartes Cadeaux sont émises par La Fourchette SAS (opérant sous le nom de TheFork).
Les Cartes Cadeaux ne peuvent être utilisées de toute autre manière ou pour toute autre chose que ce qui est prévu dans les présentes Conditions d'Utilisation.
L'achat d'une Carte Cadeau n'entraîne aucune attribution de Yums.
TheFork se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes Conditions d'Utilisation de temps à autre, à sa discrétion. Les présentes Conditions d'Utilisation sont applicables dans la mesure permise par la loi.
The TheFork Gift Card (“Gift Card”), which can be used at participating TheFork restaurants, is valid for 18 months from the date of issue (which may be prior to the date you received the Gift Card) as indicated on the Gift Card However, TheFork may launch marketing actions in which the Gift Cards have a validity period other than 18 months, so we invite you to carefully read the terms of such actions.
Gift Cards consist of a code and associated images and information.
Gift Cards have a predetermined value and cannot be changed.
There are no replacements, top-ups or refunds (even partial) of Gift Cards and TheFork assumes no responsibility in the event of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for money. Gift Cards cannot be resold but can be transferred to third parties, provided that the Gift Card code has not previously been entered into the Application.
The Gift Cards can be used, at participating restaurants that are partners of TheFork and based in Italy, for the consumption of the meal at the restaurant and foods and drinks that the restaurant offers the possibility of adding to the bill in addition to the meal, in the following ways :
enter the Gift Card code in the TheFork PAY section;
book the participating restaurant on thefork.it or via the TheFork app (the "Platform");
enjoy your meal... and maybe add a bottle of that excellent wine or oil you just tasted to take away;
pay the meal bill via TheFork PAY – if the Gift Card does not cover the full amount of the bill, you can pay the difference via the credit card saved on TheFork PAY or with any other suitable payment method.
Participating restaurants can be selected on the Platform, using the "Gift Card" filter.
Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette (Italy) S.r.l (trading as TheFork).
Gift Cards may not be used in any other way or for any other purpose, other than as provided in these Terms of Use.
The purchase of a Gift Card does not entail any attribution of Yums points.
TheFork reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time at its discretion. These Terms of Use are applicable within the limits established by law.
