Note:

  • Do not refresh or go back during the process, as this may cancel your payment.

El saldo existente en su Tarjeta de Regalo Cashi está sujeto a las siguientes restricciones:

  • No podrá ser transferido total o parcialmente a otro Cashi ni a ninguna otra cuenta o medio de pago, canjeado por dinero en efectivo o usado para adquirir otras tarjetas de regalo emitidas o comercializadas por Walmex.
  • Los montos no pueden ser canjeados o convertidos a dinero en efectivo.
  • No podrá exceder en ningún momento del equivalente a $60,000.00 (sesenta mil pesos M.N.).
  • La vigencia del saldo existente será de 2 (dos) años contados a partir del día de su último movimiento (recarga o compra), el cual, en caso de no hacer uso de su saldo dentro de esta vigencia, será cancelado sin derecho a devolución alguna.
  • No podrán realizarse más de 5 (cinco) recargas, ni tampoco pagarse el mismo servicio o servicios de la misma categoría más de 5 (cinco) veces, en un mismo día.
  • No podrá adquirir bienes o servicios diferentes a los comercializados por y/o disponibles directamente a través de Walmex.
  • Cualesquier otras limitaciones que Walmex podrá establecer a fin de dar cumplimiento a la legislación aplicable.
En caso de que el Usuario requiera realizar una devolución o cancelación de una compra realizada con la Tarjeta de Regalo, previa la validación de los requisitos de devolución aplicables según las políticas de Walmex y, en su caso, entrega de la documentación necesaria para validar la identidad del Usuario, con excepción del pago de servicios, Walmex devolverá el saldo utilizado mediante el mismo medio de pago, es decir, tarjeta de regalo.

The existing balance on your Cashi Gift Card is subject to the following restrictions:

  • It may not be transferred, in whole or in part, to another Cashi account or to any other account or payment method; redeemed for cash; or used to purchase other gift cards issued or sold by Walmex.
  • Amounts cannot be redeemed or converted into cash.
  • The balance may not exceed the equivalent of $60,000.00 MXN (sixty thousand Mexican pesos) at any time.
  • The validity of the existing balance is 2 (two) years from the date of the last transaction (reload or purchase). If the balance is not used within this period, it will be canceled with no right to reimbursement.
  • No more than 5 (five) reloads can be made per day, nor can the same service or services in the same category be paid for more than 5 (five) times in a single day.
  • The balance may not be used to purchase goods or services that are not sold by and/or directly available through Walmex.
  • Any other limitations that Walmex may establish in order to comply with applicable legislation.

If the User wishes to request a refund or cancellation of a purchase made with the Gift Card, and after validating the applicable return requirements in accordance with Walmex’s policies — and, where applicable, upon submission of the necessary documentation to verify the User’s identity — with the exception of service payments, Walmex will return the used balance through the same payment method, i.e., a gift card.
