The following terms of use apply to the fashioncheque gift card (“fashioncheque card”).
- The fashioncheque card is issued by fashioncheque Holding B.V., Kruisweg 801-C, 2132 NG Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. The fashioncheque card is sold by the retailer from whom it is purchased, on behalf of the issuer.
- The fashioncheque card is valid for three years from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance expires.
- The balance cannot be exchanged for cash (including any remaining balance).
- fashioncheque cards are not personal and may therefore be transferred to another user.
- fashioncheque cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds.
- fashioncheque cards are valid at all participating stores in Finland.
- fashioncheque cards may only be used to purchase the following products: clothing, including shoes and accessories such as bags, jewelry, cosmetics, and fragrances.
- The issuer is not liable for loss, theft, damage, illegibility, or unauthorized use of fashioncheque cards, unless caused by the issuer’s actions.
- The maximum balance of a fashioncheque card is €400.
- The issuer will deposit the funds received for fashioncheque cards into one or more investment accounts in one or more banks for the duration of the card’s validity period.
- If a dispute concerning a purchase cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
- fashioncheque cards purchased and activated in Finland may also be redeemed in Belgium, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, and the United Kingdom.
