Inactivity

12 Month Inactivity fee€10/monthly
A card is considered to be inactive if you do not spend or cash-out money for a continuous period of 12 months. Both a 1-month and 1-week prior notice will be sent by e-mail to you before charging any inactivity fees, giving you time to avoid it by spending or cashing out money. Once your card balance reaches €0, we will deactivate your card and card account, removing access to all card related services. This inactivity fee will only be charged should you have sufficient funds held on your card account.
