You can order both a Physical and Virtual card for free. Once you have completed identity verification, simply pick which one you want to order first.

If you wish to order your Physical Card first, simply do the following:

1. Go to bitrefill.com/account/card and sign up for the Bitrefill Card.
2. Once you complete sign up and identity verification, press the 'Get your Bitrefill Card now'.
3. Select the 'Physical Card' option. (You can always get a Virtual card later)
4. Fill in your address and required information and press 'confirm'.
5. Once the card arrives at your address, press the 'Activate now' button.
6. Select your chosen cryptocurrency.
7. Deposit your chosen cryptocurrency by scanning the QR code with your wallet or sending the required funds to the address shown.
8. Get spending - the funds will show immediately once received.

To order your Virtual Card first, select 'Virtual Card' in step 3 above. Then, you can activate it instantly and start using it the same day. You can request your second card by going to the 'Cards' page and requesting it.
