- A Novus gift card is valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. The exact expiration date is printed on the card.

- The gift card can be applied toward any in-store purchase, including discounted items, promotional offers, and products with special pricing.
- If the total amount of your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be paid at checkout using another accepted payment method.
- If the total is less than the card's value, the remaining balance is not refundable or stored for future use.
- The gift card must be used in a single transaction — partial use over multiple purchases is not allowed.
- You may combine multiple gift cards for a single purchase. There is no limit to the number of cards that can be used in one transaction.
- A Novus bonus card (loyalty card) can also be used in combination with a gift card at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or reissued under any circumstances.
